Entry to the Show
You may find hall layout plan useful when reading these notes.
You may enter the Foyer and Stroller’s Restaurant from 09:00 to take advantage of the toilets and catering facilities. You will be given a wristband which you must wear for the duration of your visit. Entrance to Halls 2 where the show takes place is by wristband only from 09:30.
When and where is the AGM?
This will take place in the Link Space, which is accessible from Hall 2, at 14.00, and is accessible to current Association members only.
Where do I park my car?
Please follow the directions provided by the NAEC’s stewards. The car park that the show will use is to the north of and a short walk from Hall 2. Parking for Blue Badge holders is immediately in front of Hall 2.
How do I get to the show by public transport?

Which entrance queue should I join?
If you have paid for a ticket online in advance, please join the right-hand queue, where you will exchange your ticket(s) for an equivalent number of wristbands to enter the show. If you are buying a ticket on the day, please join the left-hand queue, where you will be provided with wristband(s) to enter the show.
Can I bring my dog?
Assistance dogs only are permitted into the Show. Please note that the NAEC does not permit dogs to be left unattended in parked cars.
Are there any cash machines?
Sorry, there are no cash machines on site. The nearest cash machine to Stoneleigh Park is at Tesco less than a mile away (Postcode CV8 2DD).
